With our poffertjes truck, we bake fresh poffertjes right at your location. Just the way you know them, with a pat of butter and powdered sugar. If you want them a little sweeter, you can get chocolate sauce or caramel sauce. We also serve hot chocolate with whipped cream, and when the weather’s warm, we serve it cold. We’re Edwin and Coby, and we make everything ourselves, so the poffertjes really do go straight from the griddle to your guests.
Poffertjes are something almost no one can resist, young or old. That’s why we serve them at children’s parties, as well as at company family days, grand openings, weddings, and birthdays.
You can choose just poffertjes, or a combo with hot chocolate and lemonade. We top the hot chocolate with whipped cream and a little crackling chocolate—kids love that. Everything will be included in the quote, which you can customize yourself.
Something people often ask us is whether the truck can come in a specific color. That’s possible—for example, pink or baby blue for a baby shower, or in the style of a Sweet 16 party. Just mention it in your request, and we’ll see what we can do.
If you’d like
to control how much is spent per person, we can use tokens. We’ll give them to you when we arrive, and you can hand them out yourself.
We also bring our own bar tables, low tables, and a few umbrellas. We have music with us, too. It doesn’t matter whether the event is indoors or outdoors—the truck works either way—and we don’t need a power connection because we run on our own batteries.

We had booked the food truck to provide lunch for our employees and everyone had rave reviews. Delicious pastas prepared in no time in front of your eyes. The only downside I could find him is that I was only able to get rid of 2 trays. That cheese wheel was also super nice to see and gives that extra touch of freshness for the lovers.

What an incredible experience at Pasta & More! I had the pasta with chestnut mushroom and black truffle from the cheese wheel, and honestly: this was better than in Italy itself. The creamy sauce, the perfect bite of the pasta and that deep, earthy taste of the truffle.... it was pure perfection. You really taste that love, craftsmanship and top ingredients are used here. The cheese wheel in which the pasta is finished not only makes for an insane taste, but also a great experience! It looks and smells amazing. In addition, the whole atmosphere is right: the food truck is decorated with care and style, there is pleasant music playing in the background and everything is well organized to perfection. No stress, no queue chaos, just relaxed enjoyment of food that is so good it makes you quiet. In short: Pasta & More comes highly recommended. Big thanks to Coby and Edwin what a treat this was! Pasta & More came by for lunch and from the first moment it was great. The smell of that fresh pasta alone... it makes you hungry right away. Everything is prepared live in front of you, and as soon as you take a bite, you just taste the love that goes into it. Pure taste explosion! Coby and Edwin you are really great to deal with, from the first moment of contact they think of everything, are flexible and make sure everything runs smoothly. The food truck itself also looks very nice, well decorated which completes the atmosphere. And the music completes it all as if you're eating in Italy. And then the dessert ... that ice cream was so good, just what you want after such a good lunch. In short: Top and still Top from beginning to end. Pasta & More comes highly recommended!

The pasta from this food truck was truly fantastic. The bolognese had a full, rich flavor and the truffle with mushrooms was sublime. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared.
