This was my second time at Zippo's Body & Mind workshop and it was another great experience. Zippo is very friendly and welcoming, and shared many fun games with us. These games help you reconnect with your body and become more aware of it - especially if you have an office job where you don't move much. The playful and engaging exercises made me feel more in the moment. The atmosphere was relaxed and supportive, which made it easy to let go of stress and just enjoy the moment. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to reconnect with their body and experience mindfulness in a fun way.
