The energetic performances of this former Hermes House Band formation "Rob & The Steaks" have been turning parties at home and abroad upside down for more than 20 years! Our 10-piece line-up has been playing together since around 1995, back then in the already famous Hermes House Band.

The energetic performances of former Hermes House Band "Rob & The Steaks" have been rocking parties at home and abroad for over 20 years! Our 10-piece line-up has been playing together since around 1995, then in the Hermes House Band.

At that time, some of us also scored our worldwide cover hit "I will survive (la la la)" which sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide. `What followed was a period with lots of performances at home and abroad, TV appearances, media events, etc. etc.

After we graduated around 2000 we had to leave the Hermes House Band to the next generation of students and continued under the band name Rob & the Steaks (long story ;-)).

We have only one goal every performance: to build a big party together with the audience and make the audience dance, sing along and go wild. We play a mix of contemporary songs (Bruno Mars, Beyoncé, Coldplay, rap), well-known disco rockers that still build a big party (Doobie Brothers, Earth, Wind & Fire), some rock (Kane, Golden Earring, Aerosmith) and Dutch songs (Marco Borsato, Hazes, De Dijk, etc).

We often hear from clients and audiences after a performance that a party "has never gone so wild," which is why we are regularly asked for repeat performances. We play every year in addition to various performances in the Netherlands also abroad.
