and lots of experience in livening up parties, weddings, events, festivals, receptions and dinners.
I play all genres and am regularly on the dance floor with a fat saxlick or a dance beat

Sax on the Beat is a combination of DJing and playing along and improvising
to the hits and dance music I play. I am regularly on the dance floor
for short sets with my sax. I also play live almost 200 well-known
sax tunes and hits on a fat dance beat. For the real party vibe I can also
add percussion where I use luminous sticks.
Sax on the Beat is also available for companies
want to have a drink or dinner. For this I have a calmer repertoire
with lovely easy listening jazz tunes, ballads and Ibiza Lounge songs.
Bookings can be made for a minimum of one hour or many hours longer.
Sax on the Beat can be
booked for an afternoon of lounging, an hour of popping
or a whole evening of partying. Annually more than 120 times in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.

Bernhard played at our garden party last Saturday. As a surprise act between courses, he jumped on stage and made everyone get up from their seats. It was a real energizer for the guests and he really loosened up the party. Very nice collaboration. Thank you Bernhard.

Bernhard is an enthusiastic saxophonist with a large repertoire of songs! He easily installs himself at different locations, like with us on a cruising boat. He is fully equipped in terms of installations. Due to his busy schedule, communication is sometimes a challenge, but he does get all the people on the dance floor, so that makes up for it.

Had very nice contact by phone and everything seemed to be perfect for our wedding day. Unfortunately, on the day itself he came across as uninterested, no initiative, was annoyingly at the forefront of the ceremony in the picture. The performance did not at all match the videos we had received. He himself indicated that this was because of the cold, it was 18 degrees with a fair amount of wind. A few days before the wedding we received a phone call that he had received orders from our ceremony master for a surprise and that he wanted extra money. In the end nothing came of this, nothing extra was arranged and we did not get the money back. In addition, he left 15 minutes early while we still had him booked. We went inside because of the weather and he indicated that he could not finish and build up within the time. When we asked if he would play acoustic for a while then we were told 'no'. So head over heels we had to arrange a speaker with music.

Bernhard is a super fine saxophonist. He is nice in contact. In the same week he made a call to go over the day and was able to book 1 extra hour a day in advance. He arrived on time and set everything up. During the drinks he already brought a nice atmosphere. The dinner was really great it really ended up being a party. Super fun how he can make things dance.
