All living things need a place where they can be safe together with each other. All teams deserve a place to safely discuss underlying themes.
We offer an invitation to build this place yourself and experience in this space under .... guidance what it is like to discover the deeper wisdom of the group as a team.

What is it about? A day where you get out of your head, that really touches you and where you learn new skills that will blossom in the time to come.

What to expect
-> building together: you build a space as a team and create a place to be, where you can meet each other in a special way
-> team-tribe: you explore together what it means to 'ground' and 'root' to find language for (experience) what it is like to be a tribe as a team
-> biomimicry: you explore the possibilities of using nature as a source of inspiration and as a 'teacher' for daily issues, which live in the team
-> team wisdom: what does living with the seasons mean, seven-generation thinking ('children's fire') and coming up with a team ritual together to carry through even after this day!
-> breaking down together: a moment for conscious closure of the experience

Concepts and themes related to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Psychological Safety and Meaningfulness are all touched upon herein, without (having to) explicitly address them in the conversation.

The basic program lasts 3½-4 hours and can connect as a stand-alone or as part of a team day.

Important in the preparation is that we get some insight of your intended 'harvest' at the end of the meeting and what kind of themes are at play and may come up in the air.
