Geboren in Gent in 1986, begon David Bracke zijn piano studies op 15-jarige leeftijd. Hij vervolgde zijn opleiding aan het conservatorium van Gent onder leiding van Vitaly Samoshko en behaalde zijn masterdiploma (2010) met de hoogste onderscheiding voor piano en kamermuziek, en met grote onderscheiding voor improvisatie en begeleiding.
Na het afronden van zijn conservatoriumopleiding heeft David Bracke vele jaren opgetreden, zowel op concerten als op feesten, als achtergrondmuzikant in Nederland en België. David is een jazz-pianist met een repertoire uit het American Songbook en bossanova's. Zijn expertise strekt zich uit over verschillende evenementen, waaronder musicals, tours met Helmut Lotti, en begeleiding van opera en ballet. Hij is bijzonder geschikt voor recepties, diners, jubilea, maar ook voor zakelijke borrels of
