Lipstick Lush is an acoustic guitar and vocal duo performing a mix of familiar and surprising pop covers in an atmospheric acoustic setting! All this in an intimate setting, perfect for while enjoying a snack and a drink! There are also some real duets on the repertoire!
Armed with guitar and voice, Jaap and Eva bring a surprising mix of well-known and less obvious pop covers: from sensitive ballads to uplifting uptempo songs. Think of songs by Stereophonics, Alanis Morissette, U2, Triggerfinger, Johnny Cash, Ilse DeLange, Coldplay, Oasis and Ed Sheeran, among others.
Real duets are not missing from their repertoire either, which makes the performance extra dynamic and surprising. Like 'Calm after the storm' by The Common Linnets, 'No surrender' by Kane & Carice van Houten, 'Need you now' by Lady A, 'Make it a memory' by Danny Vera & Jacqueline Govaert and 'Where the wild roses grow' by Nick Cave & Kylie Minogue. And how about 'Stumblin in' by Chirs Norman & Suzi Quatro!

Lipstick Lush has a wide repertoire of over 50 songs. Beloved classics ranging from pop songs, ballads to alternative rock, which they give their own fresh twist. From Lenny Kravitz, Justin Bieber (yes really) to Melissa Etheridge. At your request a song can be rehearsed as well!
