How Lotties pancakes came to be? For that, we go back to childhood! That's where my passion for pancakes started. With my best friend, we would regularly bake piles of pancakes and then enjoy them. Various friends regularly asked when we could come and eat pancakes at your place again? You make them so delicious!

As the years passed, pancakes I always continued to bake. I am an advocate of healthy eating. New creations were invented! ( Think out of the box) combination pancakes and vegetables that go great! This is how the Lotties special was created and very popular with many people. Even with the kids it is popular!

The idea of starting my own business had been playing around in my head for years. I kept having a passion for pancakes! Until one day I decided to take the big scary step and founded Lotties pancake delivery service. Some time later an opportunity to take over a food trailer came up and so I took on this new challenge after some some help and minor adjustments the result is what I am in now!
