The Right Swipes brings the disco of the 70s to the 20s, and takes the danceable hits with disco DNA in between right away. In the form of medleys, the groove goes on and on, this is why we say; "Non-Stop Disco"
Like a disco train, the sing-along choruses pass by in carefully arranged tight medleys. The band sounds as smooth as the best DJ but with the lively groove of a live band, able to sense, match and boost the energy in the room. One, two or three sets dance from start to finish.
You book a 6-piece band with years of experience in the music and entertainment business. The band is independent and collaborative. Thus, The Swipes can be used for any type of event. Specializing in weddings, corporate events and village festivals.
From 2025, you can book The Superlikes in addition for the full experience. This is the horn section of The Right Swipes. The music is full of recognizable
horns that are at their best live. The band can also be expanded with percussionist to make the grooves even more danceable. A bigger band has a bigger show factor.
The playing time can be adjusted in consultation to what is most suitable for the event, This can be in 1,2 or 3 sets of different lengths. A DJ for in between or an acoustic act during drinks or ceremony can be booked in advance. There are many more options, so please let us know your wishes. With their groovy sound, they knew how to get the whole tent dancing. At that moment we knew we had to have this band for our wedding. And so it happened. The contact with the band was super. They thought along with us about the possibilities, the ideal program and all our wishes for the wedding. From the moment the band started playing, the roof went off. On May 11, 2024, our 13th wedding anniversary party was transformed into a true party night with a capital F, thanks to the performance of The Right Swipes! Anouk and Bob are a great singing duo and provided an unforgettable evening for everyone. They feel the audience flawlessly and make sure that everyone hit the dance floor! The swinging songs blended seamlessly, and the voices of Anouk and Bob, accompanied by their band, created great memories that we will cherish for a long time to come.
