This musical duo consists of singer Caroline Rutten and accordionist Dirk Overbeek. Together they bring chanson to life in which classics by Brell, Piaf and Aznavour, among others, but also contemporary hits by Zaz pass by. Caroline Rutten won the Concours de la Chanson Alliance Française in 2019. Since then, she has been performing the chanson throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. In the summer of 2025, Caroline and Dirk played live on the broadcast of NOS De Avondetappe.
Suitable for both intimate settings and larger events, this duo can be booked for both a listening program and background music (wedding, party, and other events). We provide our own sound equipment.

It was a real pleasure working with this super-cool duo. The singer’s warm voice, accompanied by the atmospheric accordionist, immediately immersed the guests in a “French” atmosphere during the event. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy an extensive set of French songs.
