Julia Rosenhart is a singer-songwriter from Amsterdam who performs warm, nostalgic indie-pop on piano, subtly complemented by soft synth sounds. With her intimate, atmospheric style, she provides professional live music for corporate events, business dinners, get-togethers and other events where elegant background music is desired. Her atmospheric, acoustic performance creates exactly the relaxed and stylish tone that organizations seek for high-quality corporate events.

Music has always been there. As a child, I was obsessed with music and wanted nothing more than to play the piano. Starting in my teens, I started writing my own songs and composing behind the piano. In the following years I developed myself on both voice and piano - first for myself, later more and more for audiences.

Since completing my master's degree at the Conservatory of Antwerp, I have returned to the Netherlands, where I have put my full focus on making and performing music. The combination of telling stories, creating atmosphere and touching people makes this for me the most beautiful work there is.

What do I play?

I love music with warmth and emotion. My repertoire consists of:

Nostalgic covers

Warm singer-songwriter songs

Subtle jazz influences

Romantic and atmospheric classics

I play quiet songs as well as upbeat, recognizable songs that make people happy. Requests are always welcome.

Where do I like to perform?

Basically everywhere where music can bring atmosphere:

corporate events

dinners and drinks

living room concerts

ceremonies and intimate moments

openings, receptions and networking evenings

festivals and small-scale stages

Every setting has something unique, and I always adapt my performance to the mood of the moment.

What don't I do?

Dutch pop I like to play on request (Acda en de Munnik, Bløf, Snelle, etc.),
but real folk music (Hazes, Frans Bauer, Jannes, etc.) is not in my repertoire.

What technique do I need?

I bring my own stage piano, microphone, amplification and small set.
For larger venues (>250 people) additional technique can be agreed upon.

How long do my performances last?

Duration of performances

For small, intimate settings such as get-togethers, receptions or living room concerts, I offer a 30-minute performance.
For most corporate events, dinners and ceremonies, 1 hour is the standard duration.
Longer performances can of course be arranged.
