"Together in the Rhythm"
In our djembe workshop, we all get to work together on djembe's and doundouns (bass drums played with sticks). Everyone will get their own djembe to play on during the workshop. We start with a short musical demonstration and then you learn to play different parts, which together form a rousing rhythm. Step by step we work together towards a swinging end result! We use a lot of humor in the workshop and the fun with each other is paramount.
