Geus began presenting De Smaakpolitie on SBS6 in 2002, together with Maureen du Toit. In this television program, he goes into catering establishments and checks the kitchens for hygiene and safety. If Geus is of the opinion that a restaurant or cafeteria meets the hygiene requirements, he awards "The Taste Police OK sticker. At restaurants where hygiene leaves much to be desired, he hands out a T-shirt with the text "This doesn't make me happy," a one-liner Geus has used since the first season. In 2006, Geus recorded a single with Gebroeders Ko with this title. Besides catering establishments, Geus also visits student houses. The program De Smaakpolitie drew an average of nearly a million viewers per episode in
2007.
Geus also presented, together with Alberto Stegeman, the program Red mijn vakantie!, in which problems at vacation addresses are solved. He was also a candidate in the television programs Ranking the Stars (BNN/RTL 5), Sterren dansen op het ijs and Stelletje Pottenbakkers! (both SBS6).
In February 2019, it was announced that Geus' contract at SBS6 was not renewed after 18 years. He then went to work at RTV Rijnmond. In 2019, Geus was one of the participants of the 20th season of the RTL 4 program Expeditie Robinson, he dropped out fifth and finished in 16th place. He also participated in The Roast of Ali B on Comedy Central that year.
In 2021, Geus was one of eight returning former contestants of the 21st season of the RTL 4 program Expeditie Robinson, he dropped out in 15th place, finishing in 12th place. Geus was previously featured in the 20th season of the program. He also participated in De Alleskunner VIPS.
In 2022, Geus could be seen in the Videoland program Celebrity Apprentice.
