Julie Hemels - Hoff is the Founder & CEO of Blueyse, an international communications agency that contributes to an equal society. Her educational background began at Landstede Zwolle where she studied Hotel Management. She then went on to study Brand Marketing at HBO. After her studies, Julie went on to work in hospitality and as an Event Manager.

Through her career in communications and marketing, and after traveling to Ireland, UK, Portugal and Italy, she was inspired to create Blueyse. Instead of creating content for any corporate company, she wanted to create meaningful content. In order to do so, Julie decided to only focus on organizations that are also looking to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, gender equality and sustainability
