What if losing even 90% of your sight doesn't stop you, your team or organization? Bob lost his sight 20 years ago due to a hereditary disease and made it his business to guide people, teams and organizations through loss, change & vitality.
In 2007, at the age of 23, Bob Offereins suddenly lost 90% of his vision due to an unexpected hereditary eye disease. From one day to the next, he surrendered his driver's license, no longer recognized people on the street and could no longer read his textbooks. With support from friends, a therapist and, above all, a lot of perseverance, he found his way back.
That experience forms the basis of his work today: Bob helps people and organizations to stand firm when life (or work) becomes complex - and to have the conversation that matters.
"In an increasingly fast-changing world, we are all different and at the same time similar in many ways. We want meaning, connection and happiness -
privately and professionally. But sometimes something happens that makes you forget that you have a say in the matter."
Growth is not always pleasant and rarely comes at "the perfect moment." Yet it can be a valuable experience - especially when space is created for reflection, honesty and perspective. As a coach, therapist and trainer, Bob guides people, teams and organizations through this process in a concrete, down-to-earth and safe manner. With humor where possible, with depth where necessary.
