Neuroscience gives us very valuable insights into the (often automatic) processes that drive our behavior. You just need to know how to apply those insights in a practical way. That's where I come in. I provide insight into the brain processes that control our behavior in an accessible way, with a touch of humor. But even more important are the practical tips I give you, so that you can get to work immediately with your organization or MT to make your change process run smoother. You will get tips to:
