Belle Perez was born in Belgium on January 29, 1976, but her parents are originally from Spain. This is also where the Spanish edge and feel comes from for her music and parties. She began her singing career as a backing vocalist in a band and was discovered in 1997 at a local talent show. Belle Perez then also participated in Eurosong, which is the Belgian preliminary rounds for the Eurovision Song Contest. She is also competing in Best Singers in 2021.
