Fancy some swinging jazz music? We are big band Dutch Spirit from Groningen. With 20 musicians we provide atmosphere, dance music and jazz concerts at events, weddings and parties. Think of contemporary pieces like "Valerie" or "Lost in the Memory" but also classics like "In the mood" or "Fly me to the Moon". We will compile the repertoire in consultation with you.

Our music is accessible and swinging, alternating with ballads and listening pieces, instrumental or with vocals.
We have a full big band line-up with five saxophonists, four trombonists, four trumpeters, a rhythm section (drum, bass, piano and guitar) and singer Maaike Timmerman and are led by Harry Broekman.
