With the start of the 1990s, the biggest bands were challenged to play their songs in a small acoustic setting: MTV Unplugged. These live sessions became a huge success. Just like the Top2000 on Radio 2 since December 1999.



2000Unplugged succeeds in transposing big hits from the Top2000 to the intimacy of MTV Unplugged and can also go big so that the whole room is singing along joyfully and even encourages people to dance. Five musicians take the audience on a musical journey through time that spans no less than sixty years. Enjoy the likes of Elvis, Queen, U2, Simple Minds, Prince, Nirvana, Billy Joel as well as Dutch artists, and many others! The shows are very well received by audiences and attract audiences of various age groups.
