Providing corporate events with live music is my specialty. I can also be used on any other occasion: from wedding ceremonies to company parties and from bachelor parties to living room concerts. With my broad repertoire of covers I provide the perfect musical interpretation. Because of my conservatory training I am at home in many different styles: Jazz & Soul, but also Pop and Dutch music. Once I started as a street musician in the heart of Utrecht where I spent whole days with my guitar. I would sing until sunset. First in the echoing hallway to the old bus station at Utrecht Central Station and then mostly on the Stadhuisbrug opposite the library. When performing as a street performer was no longer possible because of regulations, I closed that chapter with many fond memories and wrote the song "Positivity" about it (listen to it below via my soundcloud page).
Providing the musical accompaniment to wedding ceremonies is my specialty. Time and again, contributing to such a special day feels like a huge honor. I always adapt my music and songs exactly to the wishes of
the couple.
Besides myself as a solo musician I can be booked in combination with other musicians. For example, with a saxophonist, percussionist/drummer, pianist, bassist, or singer. Whether you are looking for a soloist, a trio, a quartet, or a larger band, I can provide anything in the field of live music. A DJ is also a possibility.
My music is usually amplified: I bring all the necessary technology myself. Of course full acoustic is also possible. Because of years of experience at countless locations, corporate events and weddings, I can give you tailored advice for the musical interpretation of any event: company party, wedding, New Year's reception, reception, or marriage proposal.
The price given is for a performance during a ceremony + drinks, or for a performance of 120 minutes during a corporate party, or any other occasion. This price is an indication. Khalil is a real talent! Besides being a great singer, guitar player and his secret instrument the mouth trumpet, he is also a very nice, quiet and thoughtful man.
