LIONL LIYAGI (Sept. 9) is a Dutch rapper / singer / host of Surinamese, Nigerian descent. Besides energetic rap he also performs intimate R&B songs and whips up the audience with catchy caribbean beats. His energetic stage performance made a big impression at the Liberation Festival in The Hague, and resulted in a performance at the annual Parkpop Festival

He toured the Benelux at a young age and came into contact with artists such as Adje, Typhoon and Lexxxus. LIONL describes himself as; 'A born entertainer who finds his passion in performing'. Everywhere he goes the roof goes off. From birthday to festival, from company party to student intro. LIONL is determined to give you an unforgettable night!

LIONL played premier league basketball for five years, but that playing field was too small for him. The talented athlete soon saw that his place was outside the basketball court and has since poured all his energy into his music under the name LIONL LIYAGI. He recently released his sixth single ''DEJA VU'' and is now available for listening on all known streaming platforms.
