THUNK! - Eleven band members, including two singers and a fat horn section; in short, party!
Started as a student band from Nijmegen, THUNK has grown into a tight cover band that guarantees party, dance and atmosphere! With two singers and a horn section that give the whole thing its own fat sound. With us you only hear recognizable danceable covers that everyone can sing along. From the golden oldies to the brand new! And is your special song not yet among them? If possible, we will study it especially for you. So are you getting married, divorced or giving birth? Are you organizing a company party, village party or gala? It doesn't matter: THUNK turns every occasion into a party ... with a Thunky Twist!
THUNK in short:
- an all-round cover band with two singers,
five horns and a very tight rhythm section
- with here and there some unexpected gimmicks, choreographies and attributes
- pleasant in contact, thinking along and approachable
- Setlist: THUNK usually plays three sets of 50 minutes, but shorter performances or a different set format are certainly also possible
- Repertoire: THUNK! has a very wide repertoire with over 200 songs, in all categories (pop, soul, funk, disco, R&B, rock, Latin, Dutch, etc.) and from all musical eras (60's to the hits of today). Do you have specific repertoire needs, does your party have a particular theme or do you have a request song? Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
- Our price shown (€ 2250) is for a performance (regardless of the exact duration), including a basic set of light and sound up to 250 people. So as a client you don't have to arrange that anymore, we take care of everything! For a larger audience and/or a more extensive light set, a surcharge applies. € 3000 is a guide price, but depends on the exact requirements. Please contact us, so we can make you an offer.

It was a real treat to have you guys there as a swing band. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and the atmosphere that such a fantastic live band brings really cannot be matched. It completed the day and the party, it was exactly what we needed. We also greatly appreciated the coordination and thinking along, thank you for that. As for that 12.5 or 25-year anniversary.... it won't be up to us ;). Goodbye and chapeau again!
