Formed by classically trained graduates of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, Javaplein Strings performs at weddings, house concerts, corporate events and more throughout the Netherlands.
We love to bring our rich classical training to a variety of musical genres. We play classics from Bach to Vivaldi, pop music from Elvis to Ed Sheeran, and we also take requests.

We had a garden party with over 100 people, so for a moment I was afraid the music wouldn't come into its own, but they made sure they had a strategic place in the big tent, so that they could be heard, but not dominated.
