Ivar on Sax is a young hip saxophonist who started improvising on dance music at the age of 14. He plays internationally and travels all over Europe during the summers. He has played in Ibiza, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Spain and even Las Vegas. In recent years he was the saxophonist of 'The Toppers' in a sold out Arena. In the past 15 years he has played at hundreds of parties with great pleasure and energy.

Because of his diverse CV in the musical field, Ivar can adapt himself perfectly to your wishes. It is possible to book Ivar on his own or with a DJ. He performs for over 15 years with his regular DJ and they are perfectly matched.
The given price is for a performance of 30 minutes and is an indication. If sound technique is required, this can be booked in addition.
You may know Ivar as a saxophonist at major festivals and famous clubs (The Harbour Club, Supper Club, Cafe in The City), or from the Toppers, the Postcode lottery commercial 'Geluk in de buurt', or as a saxophonist in the music videos of Wolter Kroes. He has also
appeared on many major stages as guest saxophonist of e.g. Right Said Fred, SNAP!, Replay, DJ La Fuente, DJ Billy the Kit, Peter Koelewijn and Wolter Kroes. He has also been a support act with isaxbonvineas for Douwe Bob, Handsome Poets, Blof, Miss Montreal, Direct and many other big names.
Currently Ivar is very busy with his formation isaxbonvineas and they play at home and abroad in clubs, festivals and at other big parties. In the Dance scene Ivar also has a lot of experience and is improvising on his sax every week in clubs and discotheques. He is one of the top saxophonists in Europe and therefore has limited availability due to high demand.

The performance was really fantastic! Ivar opened the party of our wedding and the roof went right off. The music is very nice and creates a very good atmosphere. He also builds up the tempo slowly and that's very nice! In the end Ivar was also playing incredibly cool on the dance floor which made for a full dance floor. He feels the music and the audience very well and we are very happy that Ivar made our party a great success!
