Peter Koning is an author, speaker, consultant and interim manager. He has more than 15 years of experience with agile, Scrum and customer focus.

During this interactive presentation of 1 to 2 hours the participants will be taken into account in the sense & nonsense of Agile, agility and changes. I will give practical tips on how this works in practice, supplemented with stories from several companies how they put this into practice.

As author of the book 'Toolkit for agile leaders', (also translated into English: 'Agile Leadership Toolkit') I can respond well to all kinds of practical questions, concrete pitfalls and challenges. I have looked inside many companies, thought along with them and looked at advice. During the preparations and interview with some managers, we will make a custom presentation that fits the challenges and situation of your organization
