About the trainer - Ezra Veldman

My name is Ezra Veldman and I believe that learning should be fun. As an experienced workshop leader, I combine movement, fun and personal growth in an accessible and light-hearted setting. Juggling once taught me myself how valuable it is to be mindful in the moment, and how powerful it feels to learn something you thought you could never do. I now enjoy passing that experience on to others - whether you're juggling for relaxation, team building or just because you feel like something new.

Why juggling?

Juggling is more than just keeping balls in the air. It is a powerful exercise in coordination, focus and letting go. During the workshop you will learn the basics of three-ball juggling step by step. We start simple, focusing on timing and technique. While you practice, you train both brain hemispheres, improve your concentration and learn to deal with mistakes in a playful way. Juggling challenges, relaxes and lets you experience how much fun it is to discover new skills.

Final act

At the end of the workshop I give a short juggling act as an inspiring finale. A moment full of energy, fun and surprise - bringing the session to a sparkling close!
