Reporting a problem about the performance

Did you encounter problems with the performance or the artist? As unfortunate as this may be, all issues involving the performance and the artist are between you and the artist. There is very little Showbird can do about this.

Contact us if the artist failed to show up

Be sure to report this within 24 hours using the review form. We'll make sure you receive a refund.
You can find the link to the review form in the last e-mail you received from Showbird.
