A bond with international allure, based on years of preparation and experience. A "must see" for every U2 fan ! The Belgian U2 Experience is an experienced U2 Tribute Band. U2be brings in an amazingly precise way both the older hits and newer work with passion and respect for the original from Ireland.

With all the hits from around 40 (!) years of U2 history on their playlist, they are sure to appeal to a very wide audience with their non-stop dazzling shows : Where the streets have no name, Pride, Vertigo, Beautiful day, Elevation, I will follow, Sunday bloody Sunday, New Years' day, With or without you, One..

With a great eye for detail they unraveled the typical "wall of sound" and reconstructed it with the typical and very recognizable sounds, the use of samples/intro's,... as brought by "U2" itself. They also focused on the visual aspect : looks & moves on stage, identical instruments, video animation (in sync with the music... a technical masterpiece!). All this to make the spectators even more immersed in the show

Tribute band U2be was formed in 2016, after "CU2PLAY - The Belgian Tribute to Coldplay & U2" frontman Sander Deroo was killed in an industrial accident earlier that year. The band built up a solid reputation as a tribute band since 2011 with performances all over Flanders, Wallonia and the Netherlands. After this tragic loss, the band members decided to continue making music together and only continue with the U2 tribute and work under a different name: U2be. A new project and a short and powerful reference to U2 and Belgium. After a difficult search in all areas, a suitable singer was found for the new band. In 2016 the band members took the time to perfect the act and make it ready for the stage towards 2017.
