The Aerialettes is a creative duo that creates aerial dance performances. In a aerial dance performance we combine aerial acrobatics with dance in silks and dance on the ground. These silks are also known as aerial tissu or aerial fabric and are rigged to the ceiling.
''The Aerialettes'' highlight an aerial dance performance by connecting dance on the ground and in in the air, fusing this into original and exciting choreographies.
Our inspiration comes from our professional dance careers over the past decade in different companies all over the world.
We believe that the story is just as important as the Wow-effect.
Strength and technique meet intention and emotion. Creative expression and safety are 2 core values.

We are passionate makers who like to challenge themselves in creating a total expierence that has a story with pure beauty, jaw dropping drops, graceful moves all connected to the music. With our dynamic, inventive and refreshing aerial dance performances we hope to inspire audiences.

We have ready to perform acts available like ‘United Forces’ or we can create a customized act to give your event, festival, opening, gala, concert or launch that extra sparkle by having an aerial dance duet.

We believe in the power of a duo, like yin/yang. But solo or group acts are also available aswell as live music.

Our vision is that we hope to inspire people, to connect together, share love and stimulate our audience to keep believing in the impossible and follow their dreams by sharing our passion defying gravity high in the sky.

About The Aerialettes: Natasja Bode & Suzanne de Bekker are a creative duo that both have over 10 years of professional dance experience in theater, opera’s ,tv-shows, contemporary dance companies, musicals and magic shows all around the world. They bounded all of their experiences together to create fresh, up to date, exciting and elegant aerial dance performances.
