Stef Woestenenk is a familiar face in the Achterhoek music scene. He plays in bands such as The Claptunes, Moonyard and can be booked in acoustic line-ups. As a solo, duo or trio, book now on Showbird!

On acoustic guitar he plays songs by Clapton, Beatles, CCR, Dylan, The Who, Small Faces, CSNY, Neil Young, Van Morrison, The Band... and many more! Songs from the 60s, 70s and The Blues

The record collection of his parents put Stef Woestenenk (39) on the track of music as a child. A parental home full of sounds set the right tone for a life full of passion for pop music. As a child, Stef scrutinizes every record sleeve, watches every music program and carefully researches every book about music. Even at elementary school Stef stood eye to eye with Eric Clapton, took guitar lessons in his own way and experienced his first performance. Through the years, the love for music remains a source for many adventures.

Stef has been a musician for many years now and still feels closely connected to the music and musicians he discovered as a child. In addition to playing as an artist, he is developing as a writer and in 2014 began recording stories from his childhood. Music is also central to his writing and with each story a specific song bubbles to the surface, collected in his book Loepzuiver (2017)!
