The only tribute band in Europe that pays a special tribute to one of the greatest blues artists of all time, Father of The Blues, Muddy Waters. In 2019 they will do 'The Hoochie Coochie Tour'.

On January 7, 2019 it will be exactly 65 years ago that the song 'Hoochie Coochie Man' by Muddy Waters was released (written by Willie Dixon). This song is one of the most famous blues songs ever.
In 2019 the Muddy Waters Tribute Band will celebrate this 'birthday' with 'The Hoochie Coochie Tour'.
Not a continuous tour, but a series of performances throughout the year, the Netherlands and probably also abroad.
On Monday the 7th of January 2019 the 'Hoochie Coochie year' will start with a special evening at the Haarlem Blues Club
The performances in the tour will be supported with story and images where possible.
The Muddy Waters Tribute Band does not aim to be a copy of the original Muddy Waters Band, but is a tribute to the 'Father of the Blues' and is especially inspired by the 70's shows and composition of the band
With a good cross-section of the repertoire, what Muddy and his band played in those years, the Muddy Waters Tribute Band takes the audience into the atmosphere and vibe of one of the most important, influential and famous blues artists and his band that ever existed.
Later in the year some very special American guests may be added to the show for a number of gigs....
