Songs are beautifully performed and connected in a relaxed way, this allows the audience to understand what the songs are about. With beautiful guitar playing, a clear singing voice and Brasilian spirit, they engage the audience very actively in the music.

Great performance

As a samba lover, I was able to enjoy a great performance by the duo Marjoleine ten Cate and Giuseppe Coppola last Sunday. Known and unknown Brazilian songs were beautifully performed in front of a crowded hall. (via De Nuenense krant)

A wonderful concert

A wonderful concert that everyone in attendance thoroughly enjoyed. The audience was immediately taken into that atmosphere with the first song by a swinging version of the well-known song Girl of Ipanema. Giuseppe and Marjoleine were very well attuned to each other. Both beautiful and pure voices that naturally fit together in a beautiful harmony and rhythm. And not only that, also some joint instrumental passages (guitar and percussion) formed a beautiful musical unity. (via Cultuur overdag)
