A performance by Thomas Acda is guaranteed to make your party or event a success. As a cabaret artist, actor, director, writer and singer Thomas Acda can rightly be called a multi-talent.
Thomas Acda is known to the general public from the popular duo Acda and De Munnik. Together with colleague Paul de Munnik he grew into one of the most popular bands in the Netherlands. In 2014 the duo decided to split up after 20 years.
As a solo artist Thomas Acda has collaborated with Nick Schilder and Jelka van Houten, among others. He has also broadened his horizons in other creative fields. In 2015 he made his debut as a writer with his successful novel 'Onderweg met wegie' (On the road with roadie): the book was on the bestseller list for weeks. His love of music did not disappear with writing. After he appeared in the program 'Jeroen in California:
Songs of Life' he released the song 'Naturally' together with Jeroen van Koningsbrugge.
He also wrote and composed the music for the musical 'The Marathon'. In March 2017 the new album of Thomas Acda was released. He shows that he is also very successful as a solo artist. With a musical and an album on the way, 2018 will undoubtedly be a year in which we will hear a lot of this wonderful artist
