Henk de Geus sings and accompanies himself acoustically for years at all kinds of parties, from big to small. At fairs, openings or just at your home in the living room, the atmosphere is significantly enhanced by this pleasant act. (Always for an affordable price!)
Henk has developed a unique vocal/guitar repertoire (sometimes with mouth organ.) He knows a lot of famous pop songs, sings songs in various languages - of course also French chansons, jazz songs and, if desired, the very oldest Dutch songs.
Henk de Geus is a welcome guest at parties and events. He wanders like a troubadour among the people and tunes himself per song to the group he is with at that moment. While talking and singing he goes around at your party and soon creates a cosy and loose atmosphere - in which he can satisfy almost every musical wish. Call out a title - big chance that Henk knows him!
It is possible to do the performance completely or
partially, (discreetly) amplified from a fixed place. But preferably acoustic ###### can appear in contemporary dress but also (with partly adapted repertoire) as a ship musician, in medieval troubadours costume or in tuxedo. It is also possible to perform in various combinations, such as in duo, trio or quartet. His colleagues have similar qualities and play instruments such as double bass, violin, accordion, piano and guitar.
The time and price are an indication and are flexible and adaptable! (a.o. depending on the travel costs and the time present with you)

This time we wanted something special for our garden party, after some searching I came across Henk de Geus' website, of course you look for reviews and on his site were such nice comments, I can only agree that everything you read here is true! The communication with Henk was excellent, he was on time at the party, and felt exactly what songs he had to play to make it a cozy atmosphere, we found it so enjoyable that instead of the agreed 2 hours we could luckily book Henk for an extra hour. Henk knows a lot of songs and that was nice for the guests who came with all kinds of requests. I can only say if you want to hire a really nice and sympathetic singer with a beautiful voice, and excellent guitar playing, then Henk de Geus is the right guy.
