Corry Konings is a Dutch singer. At the age of 15 she is discovered by Ries Brouwers, who introduces her to Pierre Kartner and links her to the band De Rekels. With Cory and de Rekels she comes in 1970 with the song Huilen is te late for you, which becomes a great success. Two years later, she starts a solo career

She scored hits with songs like: I get a very special feeling inside, You know what love is, What was your name I forgot, Your Mother and Adios Amor. In 2004 De Rekels got together one more time for a reunion.
