The three ladies from StringLAB are really putting down something very special. Stringed instruments in abundance: two violins and cello - but also the latest technologies are thrown in: samples, all kinds of effects and running sounds; everything is taken out of the closet to create a modern variant of traditional classical chamber music. It is the modern approach to centuries-old music, with beautiful pieces by composers such as Chopin, Beethoven, Debussy, Scarlatti, Schubert, Liszt and Bach, but also absolutely music by less well-known composers. The ladies are versatile and have a contemporary approach to their instruments, working with their own arrangements and compositions, leaving plenty of room for improvisation.
