Since time immemorial, the Lightbringers have been emerging from the mudflats at the Wad during the bleak, cold, wet, and dark days of winter. They glide forward slowly, using sonar to find their way—but where are they going? What are they looking for? Or whom?
In search of the person who could really use the light to get through dark times. Once they’ve found the right person, they bring them into the light.

These days (if you pay close attention), you can also see them more and more often in the summer. If you come across them, don’t be afraid—just let it happen; you’ll find that everything seems brighter.

This mysterious mobile or walk-about character seems to have stepped right out of a fairy tale. He’s sweet and loves to be petted and hugged. If you do that, he’ll let you know just how much he enjoys it. He also loves a good joke and can laugh heartily at them himself.

But don’t make him angry, because then his dark side will come out. The light will turn red, and he’ll roar like a dragon. Then you’ll just have to hope that Halloween is over soon, and that the Lightbringer returns to his sweet side—the blue light. Thanks to the light, this act is stunning in the dark and is perfect as a winter or Christmas act.
