What do kids love to do…? That’s right—dressing up! In this workshop, the children will create their own animal masks using their own ideas and imagination. We’ll start by explaining what a mask is and how people use them. Then we’ll look at some examples of work by other students to see what’s possible, and after that, the kids will start drawing on their own. After all, a shark drawn through a child’s eyes is much more spectacular than a pre-printed shark from a book! In another half hour, we’ll turn it into an awesome mask that they can take home right away!

This workshop moves at a brisk pace, is highly hands-on, and above all, offers tons of crafting fun! It’s suitable for all ages and guaranteed to be a hit.
