I am a 27 year old singer and guitarist who plays both slow and up tempo songs. I mainly play at parties, get-togethers, weddings, living room concerts, festivals and birthdays. Length of performances are negotiable from 5 minutes to 4 hours maximum. During this time I can also provide performances online from my studio with good sound quality.
I have always been involved with music. My earliest memories are of singing (or rather, screaming) along with music in the backseat on the way to the South of France, which would drive my father crazy. Also, there was always a piano in the house, which I played every now and then. When I was fourteen I bought a guitar and took guitar lessons. After two years I stopped doing this because I didn't feel like I was learning very much anymore.
From then on I taught myself new things regarding piano, guitar and singing. At the end of 2016 I decided that I wanted to take it a bit more seriously and really perform a lot. Hence, I joined

What do I play like?
I have a broad taste in music, so I enjoy playing multiple genres. At home, I like to play quiet singer-songwriter songs. I think this is my favorite genre, but after a while I get tired of it. I love playing up-tempo classics and sing-along songs at parties. I also like to surprise people with songs by lesser-known artists.
Where do I like to play?
Whether at a party, in a pub, during the ceremony of a wedding, at a get-together, in a living room or at a festival; every occasion has its own charm which makes it fun. It is especially nice to see when people enjoy the music you make. I really enjoy interacting with the audience and I love having people come with requests to play.
Do I also do things I don't?
I mainly play English songs. I do like to play Dutch pop (Acda and De Munnik, Blof, Nielson, Snelle etc.), but real folk music (Hazes, Henk Dissel, Frans Bauer, Jannes etc) is not in my repertoire.
