There is a moment when the music stops playing in the background. Joe Bailar combines deep house DJ sets with live trumpet, a musical response to what is happening in the room.
With a background in classical/jazz/roots and years of experience in the Dutch deep house scene, Joe adapts his set to the moment: from relaxed lounge at reception to the full dance floor. He works completely independently or connects his equipment to existing installation.
Previously booked for corporate parties at D-Reizen and ANWB, performances at Amsterdam Dance Event and in De Doelen Rotterdam. For weddings, private events and corporate parties where music is the centerpiece.
Joe Bailar plays deep house and related genres: organic house, afrohouse, Latin house and downtempo.
The set is tailored to the event - from quiet lounge to danceable closing. Musical direction negotiable upon request.

DJ Joe was very good! He created a good and relaxed atmosphere. The trumpet added something extra/special. DJ Joe played with us during a tennis tournament. There was still a lot of bubbling, chatting and playing tennis. Everyone loved it!
