In the mood for a party where you can dance to your heart’s content? Play That Funky Music!

With Play That Funky Music, DJ Joris fills the dance floor with energy and familiar hits. From disco and new wave from the ’70s and ’80s to Eurodance from the ’90s and the best hits from the 2000s, 2010s, and today. With the occasional hard-rock track and a dash of cheesy music, standing still just isn’t an option!

For more than 15 years, DJ Joris has been spinning records at a wide variety of parties in and around Amsterdam. He specializes in corporate events, club parties, and other dance events. All tracks are mixed smoothly and seamlessly, ensuring the dance floor stays packed.

Everything Well Organized

A successful party starts with good preparation. That’s why unlimited preliminary consultations are included, and Joris is happy to collaborate on the musical selection, organization, and technical setup.

He can use the venue’s existing sound system or bring his own compact DJ setup. Need more? Play That Funky Music can also arrange lighting and sound equipment. Whether you’re hosting 50, 500, or 5,000 guests, there’s always a suitable solution.

Extensive experience at a wide variety of events

DJ Joris has performed at over a hundred events, ranging from festivals, sporting events, and corporate parties to birthdays and weddings. He’s even performed at unique venues such as boats and a tram.

DJing is still a hobby for Joris, and you can hear that enthusiasm in every mix. As a result, many clients book him regularly, including volleyball and tennis clubs and the municipalities of Amsterdam and Amstelveen.
