An event where both the content and the audience take center stage. Ad Kerstens connects speakers, asks clear questions, and keeps your program moving at a brisk pace. A dedicated moderator for conferences, corporate events, and panel discussions.

You have a strong program and speakers with compelling stories. So you want someone who can tie it all together and keep the audience engaged. As a moderator, I’ll guide your event with a focus on the content, the people, and the pace.

My name is Ad Kerstens. I introduce speakers, facilitate interviews and panel discussions, and ensure smooth transitions between program segments. I listen, ask probing questions, and create space for different perspectives. At the same time, I keep an eye on the time and maintain a connection with the audience.

For Your Event
You can book me for conferences, seminars, corporate events, knowledge days, and on-stage discussions. We’ll tailor my role to your program: from a welcoming opening and clear announcements to conversations with guests and questions from the audience.

Thorough Preparation
Beforehand, we’ll discuss the goal, the target audience, the script, and the key topics. This way, I’ll know what message you want to convey and who will be on stage. Please include the date, location, and a brief description of the event with your request.

Rates
€100 per hour excluding VAT, or €350 excluding VAT for a half-day of up to 4 consecutive hours on-site. A brief preparatory meeting is included. We’ll discuss extensive preparation and rehearsals separately in advance. Any travel expenses and technical requirements are subject to agreement.

The minimum booking fee is €250, excluding VAT, per booking.
