The lineup consists of Miss Helena (vocals & performance), a musician on DJ/piano, and a saxophonist. The combination of electronic beats, live instruments, and vocals makes the act ideal for parties where dancing is encouraged!
The show is often booked as two separate 15-minute sets, with a costume change between sets. The sets can be performed at different times throughout the evening, or interspersed with a short musical interlude that allows time for the costume change.

“Miss Helena
is a singer and songwriter who weaves burlesque influences with pop, jazz, electro swing, and blues. With her vintage-inspired aesthetic and sense of theatrical flair, she brings glamour to the stage without losing sight of the music. She has performed at events including Eurosonic and the Burlesque Festival Amsterdam. Following her debut EP and the show *Miss MagiX* (2023), *Bluebirds* was released in early 2025—an EP commemorating the 80th anniversary of the liberation and paying tribute to Vera Lynn. With contemporary interpretations of classics like “We’ll Meet Again” and “The White Cliffs of Dover,” alongside her own work, Miss Helena connects history to a timeless message of hope and resilience. Following the sold-out show *Glitter, Glamour, Groningen*, she is now focusing on her debut album, heralded by the single “Dance Like Josephine Baker” via the Berlin-based label Electro Swing Thing.
