I facilitate panel discussions and substantive conversations that bring together different perspectives. With incisive questions, an open mindset, and a keen sense of the discussion’s dynamics, I ensure that the conversation remains both substantively interesting and accessible to the audience.

A strong panel discussion starts with thorough preparation and a moderator who knows when to ask follow-up questions, summarize, or give participants space to speak. As a panel moderator and discussion facilitator, I guide the conversation from introduction to conclusion and ensure a clear structure, a comfortable pace, and an engaged audience.

Beforehand, I thoroughly familiarize myself with the topic, the guests, and the event’s objectives. I prepare targeted questions and coordinate the approach with the client. During the panel discussion, I bring together different perspectives, ask probing questions, and translate complex topics into a conversation that remains interesting and understandable for the audience.

My style is journalistic, incisive, and accessible. I don’t shy away from critical questions, but at the same time, I foster an open atmosphere in which speakers feel at ease. This results not in a standard question-and-answer session, but in a substantive and dynamic conversation.

The format is flexible: ranging from a short one-hour panel or interview to an extensive program or a full day as a moderator. Combinations with presentations, on-stage interviews, Q&As, talk show segments, or audience interaction are also possible. Prior to the event, I can help brainstorm the structure, themes, questions, and format of the discussion. Based on the duration, content, and desired format, I’d be happy to discuss a suitable proposal and a fair price.

As a journalist, speaker, and presenter, I have experience with substantive and social issues and know how to make complex topics accessible without losing the nuances. I am available to serve as a panel moderator, moderator, discussion leader, interviewer, or chairperson for congresses, conferences, debates, cultural events, social gatherings, talk shows, and business events.
