From upbeat classics to timeless pop music: Jaap Harm van Duinen knows how to give each performance its own unique character. With his natural stage presence and love for live music, he creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that captivates the audience from start to finish.

Jaap Harm van Duinen grew up in a musical family where music was a natural part of everyday life. His mother studied at the Tilburg Conservatory and plays classical piano, while his grandmother was a violinist in the North Holland Philharmonic Orchestra. That background laid the foundation for his love of music and singing.

To further develop his voice, he took singing lessons from Tom de Graaf, vocal coach to artists such as Gerard Joling and Marco Borsato. Thanks in part to his athletic background, he developed a powerful voice and great breath control, allowing him to effortlessly perform both tender ballads and energetic pop songs.

As a solo artist, Jaap Harm van Duinen performs a versatile repertoire with influences from pop, soul, rock, and swing. Think of music by Michael Bublé, George Michael, Tom Jones, U2, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Kool & The Gang. From atmospheric listening music to danceable classics: he tailors his performance to the occasion and the audience.

In the past, he released the album *Beyond*, co-founded the duo Voices Deluxe with Bo Shannon, and released the single *Wake Up*. He also performed as the opening act for Gerard Joling. He has used various stage names in the past. These days, he performs under his own name: Jaap Harm van Duinen.

Jaap Harm is available for a wide range of occasions, from living room concerts and private parties to corporate gatherings and other events. In addition to his solo performances, he also offers a duo format.
