Baltic Bastian plays all-round alternative with a strong focus on danceability and energy. From indie and alternative to house, hip-hop, reggae, britpop, eclectic, punk, drum&bass, oldies, dance and (electronic) crossovers: each set is tailor-made and tuned live to the audience. Through smooth transitions and clever genre blending, the flow always remains intact, while continuously building up to an energetic climax. Recognizable tracks are given a surprising twist, keeping the audience discovering without losing connection.

Biography
Baltic Bastian developed into a versatile DJ in commercial clubs with a strong base in house and dance, after which he made the crossover to the alternative scene. That combination resulted in a unique style that sounds both broad and his own. He has performed in the Melkweg, Tivoli, Patronaat, Paard, P60 and Bibelot, among others, and played at festivals ranging from intimate settings to large tents such as MadNes. He is also known for concepts such as Superstyle and regular club nights at the Winston. With more than 20 years of experience and thousands of hours behind the turntables, he knows exactly how to read any venue and make it move.
