Experienced sushi chef with over 15 years of passion, experience, and craftsmanship in the world of sushi. I provide live sushi demonstrations at events, private parties, and corporate gatherings, and I also lead interactive sushi workshops.

Using fresh ingredients, an eye for detail, and a professional approach, I ensure that guests not only enjoy delicious sushi but also a unique culinary experience. Quality and customer satisfaction are always my top priorities.

I tailor my service entirely to the client’s wishes and expectations. We discuss in advance which ingredients will be used and what types of sushi will be served. This allows the menu to be fully customized to the event, the guests, and the desired atmosphere.

During live sushi catering, guests can watch as the sushi is prepared fresh and with care. This not only ensures delicious dishes but also provides a fun and interactive experience. The sushi workshops are also a fun way to get hands-on and learn more about making sushi.

For larger events, I collaborate with a second experienced sushi chef. This allows us to guarantee high quality, personal attention, and professional service even on a larger scale.

I’m available for events throughout the Netherlands and, if desired, can also travel to locations within Europe. Whether it’s a small private party, a wedding, a corporate event, or a large-scale gathering, I’d be happy to work with you to create a customized sushi experience.
