In partnership with Boothville, ShowBird now allows you to not only rent DJ equipment for your gigs, but also add an elaborate light show. In this way, you can take your act to the next level in one go. If you book this service, Boothville will ensure that everything is delivered to your location complete and ready to use.
The possibilities:
- DJ set: €331,- (incl VAT: €400,-)
- DJ-set + extensive light show: €496,- (incl VAT: €600,-)
- Setup / breakdown by Boothville: €150,-
What is included in the set?
The standard DJ-set consists of:
- DJ booth
- Pioneer RX3 mixer
- Maui 28 speakers
- Showtec DMX controller
- Disco lights
If you choose the version with extensive light show, then:
- the standard DMX controller is replaced by a pre-programmed Wolfmix controller
- supplemented with two illuminated columns with moving heads
This set is suitable for performances up to about##### people. With sufficient enthusiasm, heavier versions will be available in the future for larger events.
Important to know
Reservations for the equipment are made through ShowBird. The use of the equipment also requires a separate agreement with Boothville.

- Deliveries
in Groningen, Friesland and Limburg are subject to a surcharge
- Delivery to the Wadden Islands is not possible
Who is Boothville?
Boothville is the market leader in photobooth rental in the Netherlands. With a fleet of 20 vans and a team of 40 employees, they provide approximately 5,000 events annually.
In 2026, they expanded their services to include the rental of standardized DJ sets.
Why rent through Boothville?
Starting in 2029, only zero-emission vans will be allowed in many inner cities. In addition, stricter rules for diesel vehicles with a Euro 5 engine or older already apply from 2027.
Thanks to this partnership, you can continue to perform in inner cities without having to invest in an (expensive) electric van yourself.
