As chairman of the day, I make sure that conversations do not linger on the surface, but that they are about something. That speakers don't just tell their story, but that interaction occurs. And that the audience not only listens, but gets involved.

A good chairman of the day does not just talk to each other.

I lead events, panels and sessions in a way that goes beyond the standard. No safe questions or rehearsed transitions, but real conversations that touch, deepen and bring movement.

With a background in leadership, organizational development and commercial strategy, I work on a daily basis with boards, teams and organizations where things grate, get stuck or need to accelerate. I bring that experience to the stage.
