Trio Tangata consisting of 3 musicians, specialized in Argentine tango for many years. They perform in their own way the tango music of tango maestros such as: Piazzolla, Plaza, Pugliese, Troilo, Salgan, Cobian etc. Trio Tangata also plays their own tango composition written by Margreet Markerink, the trio's pianist. In 2017 she released the album "Moving Friends".

n 2008 she, Margreet Markerink, won the first Choclo composition prize for new Argentine tango music.
